2023 MAF Ile-de-France Finale Départementale and Régionale of Arts de la Table et du Service

Congratulations to Justine, Max-Anton, Justin et Alexis for their gold medal. The next stage will be in October for the 2023 MAF Finale Nationale of Arts de la Table et du Service. Delighted to have been part of the 2023 MAF Ile-de-France Finale Départementale and Régionale of Arts de la Table et du Service jury.
Les Étoiles du Service 2023

Congratulations to the duo Mathéo Fontaine for the table service and Nicolas Wallon for the cuisine that won the 1st edition of Les Étoiles du Service. They are both students in Terminale Bac Pro at the Lycée Albert de Mun in Paris.Very happy to have been part of the Jury of this competition created by the EHTP.
Bike to Care 2023 Bordeaux

Bike to Care is a charity event with the goal to raise funds for associations in the restaurant and hospitality sectors. Born in Bourgogne, this year for its second edition it will take place in Bordeaux with teams from France, the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands, Belgium and China. Each team has selected their charity that will benefit from this united effort. France will support the Jean-Claude Vrinat Association.

As part of the Bike to Care charity event created by Pierre-Henry Gagey (Maison Louis Jadot), an exceptional charity dinner was organized at La Halle aux Grains (Bourse du Commerce in Paris) by Véronique Sanders (Château Haut-Bailly) and Thomas Duroux (Château Palmer). An extraordinary mobilization and generosity of great Burgundy and Bordeaux winemakers who offered rare wines served during a dinner prepared by Chef Michel Bras and his team. Les Bouffons de la Cuisine

For the third consecutive year, we organised on Thursday, 5th of January, a holiday dinner for Les Bouffons de la Cuisine served at Les Restos du Coeur. This meal was prepared and served by the students of the CFA Médéric. The menu was based on recipes by Christian Le Squer.
