2022 award Scholarships ceremony

Official award scholarship ceremony at the Senate in Paris where the Jean-Claude Vrinat Association awarded the 2022 scholarship to the First Edition's four laureates. Paris Senator, Catherine Dumas was present for the ceremony.
Involvement of Jean-Marie Ancher in Bike to Care in Bourgogne

Bike to Care in Bourgogne

Hosted by the Maison Louis Jadot, French and International sommeliers headed to Beaune to push their limits for a good cause and participate in an endurance race: two times 100 kilometres through the Bourgogne vineyard. The objective was to raise money to help a number of charities, one of which being the Jean-Claude Vrinat Association, which mission is to promote and create interest in the Hospitality sector. <a href="https://www.biketocare.org/en/home/">www.biketocare.org/en/home</a>

As part of the mentoring of the 1CAP3 students of the Lycée François Rabelais in Dugny (Seine-Saint-Denis, 93), lunch was organised at the practice restaurant to observe the students in action.

2022 MAF Ile-de-France Finale Régionale of Arts de la Table et du Service

Congratulations to Antoine, Colin, Lou and Brayan for their gold medal. The next stage will be in October for the 2022 MAF Finale Nationale of Arts de la Table et du Service. Delighted to have been part of the 2022 MAF Ile-de-France Finale Régionale of Arts de la Table et du Service jury.
Les Bouffons de la Cuisine

Because serving people also means serving food to people in need, we organised on Thursday, 6th of January, a holiday dinner for the Bouffons de la cuisine served at the Restos du coeur. This meal was prepared and served by the students of the Médéric CFA. The menu was based on recipes by Stéphanie Le Quellec and her pastry chef Pierre Chirac.
