As part of the Bike to Care charity event, an exceptional dinner was organized for the 4th consecutive year
An extraordinary engagement and generosity of great Champagne, Burgundy and Bordeaux winemakers who offered rare wines commented by Xavier Thuizat - MOF Sommellerie - and served by the EPMT's students during a four-handed meal prepared by Champagne chefs Arnaud Lallement and Philippe Mille, assisted by Potel & Chabot's team.
