To thank the students in Alexandre Lesieur's class for their involvement in serving exceptional wines at the 3rd Bike to Care dinner held at La Halle aux Grains in last March, we took them on a tour of Château Haut-Bailly, Château Giscours and Château Lynch Bages.

As part of the Bike to Care charity event created by Pierre-Henry Gagey (Maison Louis Jadot), an exceptional charity dinner was organized for the 3rd consecutive year at La Halle aux Grains (Bourse du Commerce in Paris) by Guillaume d'Angerville (Domaine du Marquis d'Angerville), Véronique Sanders (Château Haut-Bailly),Thomas Duroux (Château Palmer), Alexander van Beek (Château Giscours) and Jean-Charles Cazes (Château Lynch Bages). An extraordinary mobilization and generosity of great Burgundy and Bordeaux winemakers who offered rare wines served during a dinner prepared by Chef Michel Bras and his team.
