As part of the <a href="https://www.biketocare.org/#Accueil" target="_blank">Bike to Care </a>charity event, an exceptional dinner was organized for the 4th consecutive year<br>An extraordinary engagement and generosity of great Champagne, Burgundy and Bordeaux winemakers who offered rare wines commented by Xavier Thuizat - MOF Sommellerie - and served by the EPMT's students during a four-handed meal prepared by Champagne chefs Arnaud Lallement and Philippe Mille, assisted by Potel &amp; Chabot's team.
